Can this hair colour be used on naturally dark hair?
No, this product requires pre-lightening to a pale blonde (Level 9 or higher) for best results. Naturally dark hair will not show the colour properly.
Will the colour fade completely after 30 washes?

Applied after bleaching to Level 9. The cerulean blue was vibrant and lasted well. Hair felt softer and shinier after use. Faded to a nice mint green after 28 washes. Would recommend for pastel lovers.
