BEFORE using your Finalé Finishing Spray, ensure you have applied STEP 7 Healing Clay for defining your style.
DIRECTIONS: Spray 6-8 inches away from hair on finished style. The first STRONG HOLD hair spray of its kind that allows you to achieve a strong hold and still run your hands through your hair. Our 3D Technology allows you to build the level of hold you desire. The more layers you spray (combing hair between sprays), the stronger the hold becomes.

No, it is recommended to use the spray on dry, finished hair only.
